Corporate Wellness Programs - Types of Formats & Pricing

I offer several types of Corporate Wellness Program. These include: the "Lunch & Learn" segments, the “Empower Hours", and my “Hands-On” self-defense classes.

The "Lunch & Learn" segments are normally one-hour in length with a lecture/powerpoint presentation and allowing for an interactive Q & A afterward.

The “Hands-On” self-defense group classes are stand-alone and usually run 1 - 1.5 hours with basic, practical real-world self-defense scenarios and participation by all participants.

The “Empower Hours" series builds upon the "Lunch & Learn" segments by adding an additional hour for a hands-on demonstration of techniques, where all participants get to take part.

Duration: 1 hour

up to 10 participants - $450
11 - 25 participants - $750
26 - 50 participants - $1750
51 - 100 participants - $2500
For groups larger than 100, please contact me for a custom quote.

NOTE: Virtual classes are possible for this lecture format. The cost for these is $500 for up to 50 people.

Hands-On Group Instruction/Class Format**:
Duration: 1 - 1.5 hours

up to 10 participants - $650
11 - 25 participants - $950
26 - 50 participants - $1950
51 - 100 participants - $3000

Empower Hour Group Pricing** (including the Lunch-N-Learn presentation)
Duration: 2.5 hours

**Cost is based on travel within a 30 mile radius of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Additional travel fees may apply.
